    Miriam Baumann-Blocher ist Inhaberin, Verwaltungsratspräsidentin und Geschäftsführerin des «Läckerli Huus», das die berühmten Basler Läckerli herstellt. Im Interview mit Swissinfo weist sie darauf hin, dass ihr Unternehmen mit neuen Vorschriften zu kämpfen hat. 2007 übernahm Miriam Baumann-Blocher das Läckerli Huus, wo das traditionelle Lebkuchen-Honiggebäck hergestellt wird.
